Sweet sherry recipes
A sweet, fortified wine made in AndalucÃa in southern Spain.
Cream, pale cream and Pedro Ximénez (which is made from semi-dried grapes) are the main styles of sweet sherry. Some oloroso and amontillado sherries are also off-dry or sweet.
