Ayo was a contestant on Best Home Cook. He is an accountant from South London, who began cooking seriously as a student. He started trying to recreate his mother鈥檚 Nigerian home cooking and has never stopped. He鈥檚 an experimental cook, not afraid to break cooking conventions. The only rule he abides by is that his dishes must have big flavours. As well as his Nigerian heritage, he鈥檚 inspired by his travels and his favourite ingredient is a scotch bonnet.
