麻豆社 Radio 3鈥檚 Friday Night is Music Night is all about melody and tonight at Fairfield Halls conductor Helen Harrison and the 麻豆社 Concert Orchestra have their feet planted in the streets and fields of British folksong. All the music has one thing in common 鈥� you can鈥檛 help鈥痟umming those tunes!

Two of the 麻豆社 Concert Orchestra's brightest stars Ileana Ruhemann and Anne Denholm play Mozart鈥檚 enchanting Flute and Harp Concerto. There鈥檒l be tuneful delights by Ruth Gipps, Hoagy Carmichael and John Williams, too - presented with style (and a smile) by jazz legend Clare Teal.
