麻豆社 English Regions are responsible for all non-networked television, text and radio output in England as well as the 麻豆社's local websites covering the English Regions.
The best known output is the daily regional news programmes such as Look North and Points West, and Local Radio stations like 麻豆社 Radio Newcastle and 麻豆社 Radio Solent.
The English Regions also produce regional aspects of the , and Inside Out on 麻豆社1, as well as the regional pages on Ceefax and digital text.
44 麻豆社 Local websites cover the whole of England, providing a range of information and entertainment features about local issues.
麻豆社 News Interactive has teamed up with 麻豆社 English Regions to maintain teams of journalists in each of the English regional centres, providing the news content for both the 麻豆社 Local websites and the site.
71% of the 麻豆社鈥檚 domestic output hours are produced by the 麻豆社 English Regions, for about 7% of the licence fee.
There are twelve regions, each of which has a regional head, who report to David Holdsworth, Controller English Regions, based in Birmingham.
