Site - open raised public round bed, about 1.5m across.
we need to clear and plant before Easter ... with suitable hard wearing low maintenance plants - not bedding - for instant effect, growing into great June/July display. Need not be too formal. Not much to ask!
South West - open site
I thought maybe fuschias - any good red varieties??
Lavenders for blues and whites?
White leaves..lamb's ears??
We can fill in with bedding later.
Thanks for any genius ideas

If you want low maintenance and hard wearing how about different coloured grasses?
The 3 plants you suggest normally have different heights so it would need careful planting to avoid it looking a mess. Fuchsias planted out now would not appreciate a frost.
