The hi-tech kitchen garden... the buzz word is bioregenerative... compact, low-maintenance, and sustainable.
And yielding the priceless delight of a fresh tomato.
This is kitchen gardening, though not as we know it:
According to today's Telegraph, commenting on the same press release, "The 10 prime candidates are lettuce, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, spring onions, radishes, peppers, strawberries, herbs and cabbage." ( )
Just goes to show that we cannot live without plants.
