Hello
Has anyone here grown David Austin Rose Eglantyne? if so - is it particularly thorny? And whats its growth habit like, is it a compact shrub or more unruly/arching? I am thinking of growing it in a large pot.
Thanks
Bonjour Rosalba,
Yes I have 3; it does have thorns but not the ones that grab you and won't let go. They are relatively compact (with appropriate pruning of course),and repeat flower well with a nice scent.. I would have thought one would look very nice in a pot!
Good luck L
Excellent news, merci beaucoup Logissimo!!
