ghost chille seeds

hi i planted 4 ghost chill=e seeds on the same day at the same time,i had two containers that i bought with other seeds,so i planted two seeds into each container,i then placed them on my kitchen windowcill,which gets the sun for the better part of the day,they have now formed into good healthy plants,but the plants in one pot are both at least 20 times bigger than the other two(in the other pot) put together,im very curious to see why that is,so i was wondering if anyone could help me out?
