    Hi Lorea,

    What grand photos, they deserve an acknowledgement since you have taken care to put them on the board. In my books they are called Scarce Swallowtails although apparently they are not that scarce

    Do you by any chance live in France (the roof may be a clue!). I do and the occasional swallowtail drifts through our garden. This year I even found a caterpillar of the other swallowtail a photo of which I posted on the board. It created a little interest and someone actually knew what it was. I was very impressed since I had no idea before searching through several butterfly books and I had never seen the butterfly before, still haven't in fact.

    Keep up the postings, I'm sure loads of people look at them.
