Help, I moved house a couple of years ago and had this plant in my garden. Problem is i cannot remember the name of it. I do however have a picture of it and was wondering if there is anyone out there that could help? I have tried the plant id on here but it came back with a tabacco plant which it is not.
Does anyone know of a site that you can up load a picture and they identify? I've looked in books too, i know i should of taken a cutting of it but with everything else just plain forgot.
It's a large shrub, with thick stems fanning out into pointy leaves that have jagged points on them. It flowered end of spring with lovely huge white flowers, which were situated in the middle of the strub.
    So any ideas please reply
    Thanks for your time

Fatsia? Is a possibility from your description Penny.

Some Universities have plant identification keys -where you follow a series of yes or no questions to a possible conclusion

    Google Plant Identification Keys. HTH
