need help jst starting out

    Hi all im currrently waiting to start college in september and i've taken it upon to sort the family garden out which is not at all the best of conditions, i have cleard all of the rocks bricks etc out of my and started to mow and trim, i was wondering in what direction i should take in planting re laying the lawn

    Hi Dave - looks like you've got more than a full time job this year!

    The first thing you have to consider is what you and your family want from the garden, so before anyone can really answer your question it would be helpful to provide some information i.e.

    1.Length and width of garden
    2.Are you looking for a low maintenance garden
    3.Do you want to grow vegetables/fruit, or will the garden be for flowers/shrubs only.
