Potimarron plants

I stuffed some old potimarron seeds in a pot to see what happened, and four of them have shot up and are making a bid for freedom. I know the plants are supposed to be huge and have to grow up a trellis, and I only have a balcony garden, but is there any chance I could re-pot them out and they would grow decently in a pot?
