Hi everyone! I'm off out tonight to celebrate with some friends! Big 'do' on down at the local! How about a bit of Irish frivolity to get me in the mood! Margi can teach me Riverdance for starters, anybody else know anything of use?!
Joke (just incase you didn't realise!) - What do you call an Irish man with a pane of glass on his head..............
Paddy O'Daws.!!!
Before anybody complains, I've got lots of the good irish blood in me so can take the mick!!

Hi Susie! Have a wonderful evening, Happy Saint Patrick's Day! Have a Guinness for me and may the snakes forever stay out of Ireland!!!
. Thanks Plocket!! For a while there, I thought that nobody loved me anymore.
I shall have a Guiness for you all!

Hi Susie,
Don't be glum! We're off out tonight for a drop of the stuff from the river Liffey (sp?) too.
OH is trying to do a riverdance to the Nolans to get us in the mood.
Have a great St Patricks evening and don't forget a pint of water and 2 ibuprofen before bed.
Grand tip. Have a fantastic night yourself! I hope , unlike me, that you don't have to be up for work in the morning
Susie x
Oh crumbs! I was 'sposed to be working tonight actually but took leave.
Tip No:2 Get the bus to work tomorrow.
Hi Susie. Have a great night and have a guiness or 6 for me ! I know quite a few Irish jokes, all of them way too un-PC for this board. Don't want to be complained about, now do I !
Enjoy yourself

did you hear about the kerryman who was arrested for throwing domestos over the arch-bishop?
He was charged with a bleach of the priest.
Still one of my favourite Two Ronnies jokes...
Have fun and be safe this evening wherever you are and whatever you get up to...

Are you celebrating Grammar?
The hair is washed,
The body bathed,
The eyebrows plucked
And legs are shaved!
All's left to do
Is don my frock
And pin on me
My green shamrock!!!!!
Actually, I'm wearing jeans and a green top but they didn't fit in with my little dittie.
Goodnight to all and to all, a good night!
Susie Shamrock. xxx
Nite nite Susie - have a great time!!!
Are you celebrating Grammar?Â
Oh yeah, most likely.
Had a few last night, enough to have me planting another chestnut tree...tut tut tut. And went to bed and left the front door open, with the wind coming from the direction it is, blew it WIDE open. Open all night apparently, luckily nothing stolen or anything like that. OH admonished me, but lightly, thankfully...
I was busy today with the allotment group I'm involved in. Planted four types of spuds. Sad news for me personally, someone stole a chestnut I'd planted in the vicinity. I'd had it for three years and donated it to the group before Christmas. It was there on Wednesday. Just the chestnut taken, severall apple and plum trees untouched. Very annoyed, so I was...
Oh Grammar that's awful. I mean about your chestnut being pinched. Lovely news about you planting another, although that's not the point. I'm chitting a few spuds at the moment and was wondering it it was still a bit early for planting - I guess not!!!
Forget it all tonight and have a few bevvies - I'll raise one for the Irish tonight and hope you don't have sore heads in the morning (yer right!!!).

Not likely. I live quite close to the light rail line. This was further down, near Sally's Bridge.
To be honest, I might take it easy tonight and have a few bevvies tomorrow in the local rugby club, watching Engerland lose 3 in a row!!! The players are tired, apparently!!!
Sore heads this morning little newts??? Hope everyone who celebrated had a wonderful time and doesn't feel too rough this morning!!!

The head is fine Thanks for asking Plocket after a lot of indecision (because of the freezing wind this morning) we went on the treasure hunt around Dublin City today. Myself,OS number 2 and youngest niece just 9 went had a great time we do it every year and this year our targer was 2hours and 30 minutes and / or to be in the top 150 to finish. We made it back in 2hours 35 minutes and were in 50th place when we checked back in but there were still teams out treasure hunting till 5pm which is the deadline for clocking back in. So heres hoping we end up in a good place there are usually 600 to 800 teams taking part. Busy tomorrow I'm having my mother for dinner so will have had a busy weekend. Signing off now going to watch the rugby match Heres to 3 in a row for England (losses that is)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (joke)
