Hi all.
In one of the threads we were discussing the sightings of birds without feathers on the head. I found the following link that explains it somewhat and there's pictures too.

Hi CDDD. It was I reported a bald blackbird near to us several years ago. Thanks for the interesting link.
However, our particular BB was bald for at least two summers (probably its lifespan), so the feathers did not grow back!
Looks a bit like Jurassic park in the garden...
