    Hello,

I am relatively new at growing your own so bear with me!

I grew some Goji Berry seeds about 2 years ago and are now about 2 - 3 foot tall in a pot. I would like to plant them in the garden against the back fence.

Does anyone have any suggestions on anything to do with these plants as I have struggled to find much by googling.

    Thank You

    Mark

Hello Mark, I have just one Goji Berry plant which has been in the ground for about 3 years. All I could find out about this plant, gleaned from a plant catalogue, is that they take two or three years to produce fruit, they are not fussy about soil conditions and can be pruned. (they produce long whippy branches as you will have found out.) Hope this is helpful. perhaps more info will appear.I will follow with interest!

Three yearsc ago, I grew 3 gojis and in the summer of that year I planted them in the garden, where they seemed fine. Unfortunately, last year's interminable winter killed all three of them.

    Hello,

Thank you for responding so quickly, i don't know why there isn't much information out there! Yes you are right it is looking whippy. I shall plant them against the fence this weekend and see how they go - you never know I could be answering someones question on this in a couple of years!
