Not a place I have been to, memories of though of Mr J from Great M who went every year for the TT. He was a Triumph specialist from the old days but rode there on his elderly BMW and stayed in the same hotel, same room, enough I digress.

However I am familiar with the Scilly Iles and Co. Down so you should be able to grow anything that can cope with the exposure and salt winds.

Daffodils will be being picked at the moment though these were heat treated by laying plastic sheeting over parts of the crop in May. So you are back to the classic winterflowing plants, snowdrops, witch-hazel, Viburnums, wintersweet (Chimonanthus), Sarcococca and some Camellia vars.
