BRIAN HARVEY, NEXT PRESENTER OF GARDENERS WORLD!!
HIS DAY WILL COME AND REMEBER WHERE YOU HEARD IT FIRST!
Mycowaz
But Mycowaz- is this true? You are not for one minute suggesting that Brian Harvey- who famously ran over his own head- is to be the next presenter of gardeners world?
Does he hold any recognised horticultural qualifications such as an NVQ level 3 or the Kew Diploma?
Dezza he graduated with honours with the famous kew diploma....although I'm assured these days its not that difficult....
and there is proof his picture hangs on the wall in Kew's school of horticulture.
he is more than qualified!
He does sound like the ideal candidate Mycowaz-If only there was a roly poly funny man with some landscapers of a former one hit wonder pop princess - with her own curry house in Camden- to help Brian out with the show- can you suggest anyone?
Are you refering to Phil Jupitus and Tanita Tikurum Dezza??
they would make a GREAT team!!
What a GREAT idea Mycowaz! Why, Phil could bring his Ewok landscape Army to assist with the hard landscape work!
I only wish Alston Alpine nurseryman Bernie Winters was still with us- But I would look forward to seeing Grotbags from the Pink Windmill (who maintains Rod Hulls garden) making guest appearances with Brian, Tanita and Phil!
Derek Pig
How about the other members of East 17 to make up the new GW team, they could perform acappella interludes between segments to replace the awlful music they currently have, and this would bring in the a new younger generation with the promise of gardening and pop music combined.
cant believe we've never thought of it before!
You know Mycowaz, thats a great idea! Why, to have East 17 - widely respected as THE best boy band EVER- playing throughout gardeners world could really turn on a whole new generation to the wonders of gardening.
Its miles better than my idea about having "i hate people" by the anti nowhere league!
brilliant!
Could they do any covers?
Derek.
covers.....ummm not sure what are you thinking of? they may be a great boy band, but versitile musicians they aint!
Shouldn't think they will anything by K and the gang!

I'd press the red button to hear the exclusive E17 accompaniment...
'Gardeners' World 3D - feat. E17s horticultural soundscapes'!
It's a winner AND would boost the flagging 3D TV and surround sound market. Just what this country needs to get the economy moving!
Super!!!

In the words of Brian Harvey himself:
Don't u worry
It's alright
Don't you worry
Child of the night
In the morning come
With the new day sun
Love and everlasting night
BOOMSHANKA!
