This programme included a discussion of the allegations of inappropriate behaviour made against the racing driver Christian Horner. 聽A listener complained the coverage relied on the views of an 鈥渦nqualified party with a vested interest鈥 and therefore lacked impartiality.
Outcome
The ECU found the programme included a range of views on the issue, including those of Mr Horner himself, and this ensured the programme met the 麻豆社鈥檚 requirements for due impartiality, irrespective of whether the commentator named by the complainant had a vested interest.
