X-Ray returns for a new series on Monday 1 February, and with it comes a new feel to the show.

Ìý new_lucy_rhodri.jpgWhile the team - Lucy, Rhodri and Rachel - will continue to fight your consumer corner and right those consumer wrongs, this new series will be full of new ideas to help you make the most of your busy lives.

On Monday, Rhodri introduces us to the residents of Portland Street in Abertillery in a new feature, One Street One Goal.

Over the course of this series the neighbours of the street in Blaenau Gwent will join forces to improve their health and lifestyles, with the help of each other and some experts.

They will tackle issues such as smoking, exercise and healthy eating, and hopefully share the skills and support - as series producer Susie Phillips hopes, "to make small but sustainable changes to their lifestyle". In Monday's episode they undergo a health check and tell us what they'd like to achieve.

Meanwhile, Lucy continues in her quest to make us all first aid savvy in 5 Minute Medic. Monday's show sees her in Llandudno finding out how to help the victim of an asthma attack. Would you know what to do?

Also on the show, Rachel investigates how shockingly easy it is to buy drugs known as "legal highs" from high street shops throughout Wales, and investigates the Welsh stores breaking the law by selling these drugs.

And watch out for some familiar faces as Lisa Rogers discovers how the staff at a dogs' home in Cardiff manages to find new homes for unwanted canines.

Tune in at 7.30pm on Â鶹Éç One Wales.
