WHO WON AND WHO LOST IN THE STAND-OFF BETWEEN BRITAIN AND IRAN?
Yesterday we got your reaction to the release of 15 British military personnel being held by Iran. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says he could have put them on trial but gave them back as a gift. Tony Blair says no deal was done. So who came out of this best? And was diplomacy the real winner? Has this proved that talking works, even if it’s with countries whose actions you disapprove of?
SHOULD ADULTERY BE LEGAL?
You might raise an eyebrow at this question, but it's one that's being fiercely debated in Uganda where a law has been passed making it legal for men and women to have adulterous affairs. Until now it has been illegal for women to play away from home (so to speak). Is this a move for common sense? Or will it, as some of you in Uganda fear, encourage promiscuity amongst women?
WHO WAS TO BLAME FOR THE VIOLENCE IN ROME LAST NIGHT?
Manchester United played AS Roma last night, and the match was marked by violence in and out of the stadium. Some of you are blaming Italian fans, some Man Utd fans, others the police. We'll hear all sides.
AFRICA TRIP IN MAY
A little bit more news on our trip to Africa. We're definitely coming in May with at least two shows from Ghana, two from Kenya, two from Uganda and, hopefully, one from Nigeria. No dates yet. My WHYS colleague Richard is working on this. We'll release all the info on April 16th. If you're in those four countries, we'll be looking for plenty of help in choosing the venues and the topics.
