Once again, a flurry of snow causes chaos across the land, with schools closed and transport affected. Why is it that weather conditions which other countries take in their stride seem to cause such problems for us? Personally, I found driving home last night much easier due to the absence of traffic on the road - a pleasant change given the recent congestion in Wrexham.
