Thanks to our latest contributors, among them Thomas, Elizabeth and Barbara, for sharing some great old photos and stories to bring the region's history back to life.

Photos showing '80s scenes in Rhos, the biggest village in Wales, came in courtesy of Thomas who now lives in Germany, and they are already a talking point.

Meanwhile, Barbara has helped to produce a short film about WWII evacuees from Liverpool who came to her family's farm in Bagillt, Flintshire - and liked it so much they returned year after year after the war.
