ITV's chief executive Adam Crozier has announced a move into pay-TV. ITV will launch HD versions of ITV2, ITV3 and ITV4 as pay channels on Sky. It made a pre-tax profit of £97m in the first half of the year, as ad revenue rose 18%the Â鶹Éç reports.
