Chris - is seeing his friend Jimmy for a catch up, then later on he's having a few beverages with some friends
Dave - assorted guff, including a big lunch with Keith Flint from the Prodigy*
Carrie - is going for lunch with a friend who's over from the States, and doing some more washing
Dom - is back from France* tomorrow
Rach - is trying out a new pilates class and tonight she's catching up with her boyfriend Mally
Aled & Matt - are going to a secret location for tomorrow morning's show (aka Walsall)

*Might not actually be true
