Firstly apologies for no blog on Friday - it was poor show on our behalf, I'm writing the team blog today (Aled), and I wasn't here on Friday so I blame Matt Fincham (even though he was with me in Walsall!)

Today however...

Chris is inviting Rachel, Aled, Dave, Piers and Ben to his house for a meeting
Dave is going to a meeting a Chris' house
Rachel is going to a meeting a Chris' house
Aled is going to a meeting a Chris' house
Dom is interviewing a famous celebrity today - but we've been told we're not allowed to mention who it is as it's a secret
Carrie is catching up on some sleep and then is doing some circuit training.

Carrie will post her blog later on.
