McFly - 'Sorry's Not Good Enough
You have to admit these guys have had a pretty darn good run so far. And based on this corker of a tune, rightly so. Who wouldn鈥檛 like their speakers filled to the max with classic guitar ruckus and the kind of sonic rowdiness that reminds your Dad of 鈥渢he good ol鈥 days of the Who鈥 eh?

BUT, by having some resemblance to rock bands of the past, while still being a pop band of the now, rocksnobs everywhere will be preparing their speech on how they鈥檝e 鈥渃opied and slaughtered a classic band's sound, man鈥. Boo!
The question is, are we bothered? The great thing about these guys is that they鈥檝e got the loud guitars, big tunes and fat sound of a rock band (look out for the "don't go changing..sorry's not good enoooouuuuggggh!" bit, it's MEATY), with the tunes, harmonies and the easy-on-the-eye qualities of yer finest pop acts. Would you rocksnobs actually prefer them to be like Blue? Seriously?
Thought not. Which means despite the huffing and puffing, McFly are a brilliant thing indeed, and very good at what they do. So stick that up your fuzzbox...and we don't mean the pedal kind...

Complain about this postMcFly are amazing and so is Sorry's not good enough. Their music makes me feel so happy and has made me get through some of the hardest times of my life. You can't 'hate' a band because you don't know them for who they really are and who they are like individuals.
Also people should respect their music because they are very talented, they write and play their own music. People say McFly are like westlife without guitars, as if! Westlife only do covers now, McFly have done a few covers but they havn't made an album with afew covers on, only don't stop me now as a bonus track for the first week of when their new amazing album came out 'Motion in the ocean' which i think you should all go and buy because it is really amazing and different.
The boys work really hard too. But yes, everyone has there own oppinions which i respect. Anyway! i think you should all go and buy 'Sorry's not good enough' And make it chrismtas number #1! Because they truely deserve it for all the hard work they have done. :)
Keep up the good work McFly and see you next year on tour! (they are amazing live aswell, so i recommend buying tickets for all of you who havn't experienced mcfly live before, you havn't lived yet!)

Motion in the Ocean is an amazing album & anyone who under-estimates it before even hearing it... well, they really should have a listen.
It would be awesome if SNGE was to get christmas number 1.. lets have a change from the predictable x-factor winner.

Complain about this postpah, well there's always going to be mcfly haters (see below for example) but close-minded people don't deserve to enjoy mcfly's quality music anyhow. they just see a stereotype- they're boys, and they're in a band....so they must churn out cheesy love ballads. if you appreciate good music, you will appreciate that mcfly work damn hard and write great music.
anyhow, rant over, SNGE rocks, i hope it kicks girls aloud to the gutter!!

the radio edit isn't as good as the album/single version tho. which, while i'm at it is a great album! it hasn't been out of my cd player since i got it! if you haven't already got it get it now, or ask for it for xmas or whatever. all of the tracks on there are brill!
but yeah, buy the single! would be great for them to get to number one. i think i would die if girls aloud got the xmas number one with 'i think we're alone now'. they've completely ruined a perfectly good song!
