Title: Deadly obsession

The setting is a teenage girl's bedroom. Night-time, Cassie enters. A teenage girl, overweight, but pretty. She holds a fashion magazine. The walls of her room are plastered with lithe bodies, gaunt faces. She is obsessed with how she looks.
Cassie: [to mirror] I lost a pound. *sighs* I know, it's not enough, but soon, soon I-... maybe I should just give up. I did some research you know, I discovered that overweight 15 year olds are most likely to be fat throughout their lifetime. A depressing thought. [She flicks through the magazine] I'll never be thin. Never be thin.
This is about a young girls struggle to look the way the media says she should look, it ends in her realising that there is no such thing as perfection. In a way, i inspired it, and every other teenager, all i ever see on social networking sites are ""vanity pages"" where ""perfect"" girls and boys are showcased, and make everyone else feel like they'll never be like that.
