20 MINUTES LATER, IN HER OFFICE

I don't no what to do Joe I could feel that he was hiding something, that he didn't go into that unassigned room that night. And just maybe he is taking the blame for a friend. You're right I can't do anything about it now, but if I talk to one of the detectives' maybe they can get a little deeper into all this mess. Yes I know I should not go any deeper but I can't help it. I need to save that man!

1 HOUR LATER, AT THE POLICE STATION

I need your help detective Dell. I am Judge Ballin and I been assigned this case and I think this man is innocent, but I already put him into county. But if I had new evidence I maybe can set him free. Yes, if he is innocent, but I think he is. O thank you detective, I will give you more information later on today.

15 MINUTES LATER, AT COUNTY

Don't you worry about a thing I'm going to get you out of here. Yes I know I'm the one who put you here, but I thought it over and decided that you are innocent. You don't have to say anything I got everything under control. I will see you in a couple of weeks for your next hearing!

5 HOURS, AT HER HOUSE

Oh, no! I can't do this hearing in two weeks. If I do that will mean I will have to postpone the Awls case, and I postpone that too many times before. What am I going to do? I'll tell you what exactly what I'm going to do, I going to put Judge Heritage on that hearing. No, he aint going to mess up the case, I trust him complete.

TWO WEEKS LATER, AT THE HEARING

The court is in order, everyone quiet down. O.k I'm Judge Heritage and I am filling in for Judge Ballin, I have review the new evidence. And I thought it over and I think that he confessed he was in that unassigned room. So'.. He is going to jail, final answer.

1 HOUR LATER, AT HER OFFICE

What! He put him in jail! What about the new evidence? It didn't matter! I put my trust in that judge. Yes, I'm going to do something about it. I just don't know why he did that. And I'm about to find out.

20 MINUTES LATER, AT JUDGE HERITAGE OFFICE

Why you sent him to jail, I told you with that new evidence he will be free. No, I didn't see the evidence, but what that got to do with anything. Detective Dell said it was great evidence, so great that it will get him free, and get the right person in jail! What, do you mean there is no other person there has to be. And I'm about to find out who that person is!

1 HOUR LATER AT HER HOUSE

I just know he is innocent but who is he protecting? Wait a minute judge Heritage was acting mighty strange about the case. Maybe he knows something, or maybe he is the other person!

20 MINUTES LATER AT THE POLICE STATION

Detective Dell can I see those new evidence, please. Thank you, and yes the case was closed but I'm about to reopen it. It says here that whoever was in the room left a pin reliving patch on the floor. You are right detective he doesn't have back problems but I know who does.

A DAY LATER IN THE COURT ROOM

Welcome everyone I'm Judge Ballin. And I know we have been opening and closing this case for quit sometime now. But I reassure you this will be the last time we will have to do this. I say that this man be free and have Judge Heritage arrested! Quiet down everyone! Order! Order in my courtroom! Now I know this came to you as a shocked but I have saw the evidence file and in there it has evidence that Judge Heritage, or shall I say Mr. Heritage is guilty! Guards take this man away!

10 MINTUES LATER

You mean to tell me you didn't know why you protecting him from room 15. No, he didn't tell you, well I will.
