Title: Trapped

by Steven from Norfolk | in writing, poetry

Decorum is not in my dictionary,
As with you I play verbal pictionary,
Drawing out a picture with only my words,
Describing love and feelings, as free as birds,
But I myself, am trapped like writers block,
No means of escape, no keys for these locks,
Since I pulled on these inner strings,
I've stirred up the beginnings,
Of a beautiful love, with cage-like walls,
With a lowering ceiling, where no-one hears my calls,
I want to run-away, but I have an urge to stay,
The sign of blood on your leg, I love you.
