The eldest pup, the black she-wolf, crouched, watching intently as a rabbit hopped past. Her soft, blue-grey eyes gleamed in precise focus, narrowed in serious slits. As the rabbit scented her and began to spring away... she leaps from her hiding spot and lands on the rabbit with bone-chilling precision.
