Title: My Day So Far

I don't suppose she ever quite understood what she was doing even as we fought. I was being throttled by an over-confident poser. The thought of it shook me. And when she finally pushed me off the building, I expected to see her, waving and smiling. However, she was reaching out. "It's too late." I was going to cry. But to my dismay, my back had been pierced by the surrounding rocks. "Goodbye," I squeaked.
