This image reflects the characteristics of the members of El Policia. I combined the idea of travel with that of blending old with the new. Listening to the interview I noticed their strong sense of place and pride of their home town of Manchester so i tried to incorporate this into the ephemera. When I was choosing an artist, El Policia stood out to me as being original, authentic and raw. I could relate to their sound as the sample was acoustic and natural.
