Floaty, vibrant, swirling skirts of many colours worn by the Mexican dancers really caught my imagination.Brightly coloured flowers and strong Mexican mosaicpatterns combined with soft feminine fabrics were the main influence for my design work.Design Detail:Suede front bodice yoke shaped to follow the curves of the body.Back, sleeve and skirt detail comprises of tropical bird feathers and glass beads.Eye-catching shades of violet and turquoise shot taffeta hugs the body, flattering the waistline. Zip fastening under the right arm side.Low slung embossed suede detachable yoke shaped to fit the hip on a slant.Pattern inspired by Mexican scroll design work.Skirt comprises of circular cut layers of bold floral print tiered layers of floaty chiffon in vibrant flowery Mexican colours.
