My dress was inspired by the Mexican festival 'The day of the dead. There s a recurring theme of bones on my piece from the headdress to the anatomical screen printed ribcage. The feathers in the tail and the shoulders were inspired by the eagle of the Mexican flag. The tie-dye related to the bright colour schemes of the Day of the dead festivities.
