Description
Three young boys are seen drinking alcohol in public. They then cycle off recklessly. The presenter explains that shoplifting, dropping litter, stealing money from your mother鈥檚 purse, drinking alcohol in public, cycling while under the influence of alcohol, and dangerous cycling are all considered to be offences by the police.

Classroom Ideas
Students could discuss what risks the boys are taking by drinking alcohol and riding their bikes under the influence. What possible consequences might there be? Students could take one example of a serious consequence, and create a detailed picture portraying the possible outcome of drinking or cycling under the influence. Examples may include, a boy laughing as he rides his bike, about to be hit by a car coming the other way. Another could be a boy being sick in front of his friends.
Students could go on to investigate the health risks associated with underage drinking as well as the accidents possible from reckless cycling.
