Voters in the US are heading to the ballot box on Tuesday 5 November to vote for their next president, just over four months after the UK鈥檚 own general election.

But while the stakes are just as high and there are some similarities, there are also loads of differences between a UK and US election - not least in the common words and phrases you鈥檒l hear throughout the campaign.
