In recent years Children in Need fundraisers have got up to all sorts of crazy antics - from chaining themselves to a friend for the day to sponsored silences...

In 2007, pupils from Aldermaston Primary School raced round their school field in aid of Children in Need.

Earlier that year the field had been flooded. 麻豆社 Berkshire's Maggie Philbin visited them to kick off their great Aldermaston Primary Lapathon.

Also in 2007, a host of Berkshire sports people and sports teams clubbed together to raise money. They held a variety of events across the county which included a 24 hour golf session at Stoke Park Golf Club and Slough Jets putting on their special performance of YMCA.
