First World War Death Certificate Navy

This is a copy of the death certificate of my great uncle William Blenkiron Adamson who died aged 24 on 15 March 1918 following a innoculation before embarcation at the Royal Naval Hospital Haslar Hampshire. The certificate shows cause of death to be Cerebo-Spinal Meningitis. Application number 868102-4 Registration District Alverstoke in the County of Southampton
