What do I need to know about security?
From emergency numbers to understanding where to collect ID passes
- Getting your IDYou should fill in a Â鶹Éç ID application form when starting. Search 'ID Unit' on Gateway to download. Security will take your picture and give you a lanyard. Report lost passes to Security and you will get a temporary one. Always wear your pass when inside the Â鶹Éç. When you leave, take your pass off and keep it safe
- Signing guests inPlease let reception know when you're expecting a guest. All guests must bring ID with them. A pass will then be created. Escort them at all times. You can obtain a wi-fi password for guests to use for 48 hours, 30 days or 90 days by visiting Gateway's wi-fi page. Complete an online form for a passcode
- Emergency contact detailsFor bomb threats, fires, first aid or other emergencies, call Security immediately on 666 from any internal phone or Â鶹Éç mobile. For facilities issues call 0490. What teams are based in the Mailbox?
Â鶹Éç Asian Network is a national digital radio station with a strong focus on music, news and current affairs for a primary target audience of 18 to 34-year-old British Asians.
This audience accounts for one in 10 of all 18 to 34s in the UK today.
The Broadcast Support Centre provides centralised support for a wide range of systems used by Local Radio and Regional TV across English Regions.
For help with broadcast systems, including Radioman, Dira!, BNCS, radio studios, Quantel, Davina, Jupiter, Phonebox and many more, contact the BSC.
The HR team provides answers to day-to-day queries on a range of topics - from leave, pay and benefits to recruitment, HR policies and ‘how-tos’.

Much of Â鶹Éç Three’s digital team is based in Birmingham.
The online channel aims to provide innovative programming to a mainly 16 to 34-year-old audience.
Birmingham is home to the much-loved Radio 4 series The Archers and the innovative World War One radio drama Home Front.
Â鶹Éç Birmingham’s local news teams are mainly split between Midlands Today and Â鶹Éç WM. Both teams are based on Level 9 where you enter the building.
There are several digital teams at Â鶹Éç Birmingham, including News Online England and Sport Online England.
