The Digital Leadership Group was established in 2020 as a formal subcommittee of the Executive Committee.
In December 2022 the Executive Committee agreed to reshape the DLG to support an accelerated product roadmap and scaling of digital-first working practices across the 麻豆社, in support of the Value for All strategy. In April 2024 membership of the DLG was refined to oversee the creation and delivery of the single 麻豆社 digital roadmap which will accelerate delivery of the digital first strategic ambitions, and drive the pace of digital delivery across the 麻豆社.
The DLG will set up workstreams each quarter to focus on key aspects of the digital first strategy. These will be comprised of members that will have the expertise, scope and insight needed to drive the strategy forward.
The DLG focusses on progress towards execution of pan-麻豆社 Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and annual targets, and implementation and co-ordination of activities related to digital maturity. It meets weekly.
