Li Shan Oolong – Nantou

Royal Pearl Oolong –
GREAT TASTE AWARDS 2014 - TWO GOLD STAR WINNER. A rare artisanal Taiwanese oolong made using traditional techniques but heavily oxidized (around 90%) to create a dark amber infusion that has a memorable range of cinnamon, malt sugar, honey and citrus notes. Currently out of stock.

Oriental Beauty – Beipu, Hsinchu
A special highly oxidized oolong created by an insect bite! Oriental Beauty is harvested during summer from young leaves bitten by an insect called the tea jassid. This process starts the oxidization of the leaves and creates a sweet honeyed note prized in this tea. 2012 harvest.

Imperial Pouchong – Pinglin, Wenshan
Pouchong is a very lightly oxidized oolong that bears similarities with green tea. Very refreshing with a delicate buttery and sweet taste with some fruit notes. This high grade version was carefully crafted in Spring 2012 by a tea master in Pinglin. If you like light oolongs we strongly recommend this one. Also known as Baozhong or Bao Zhong. OUT OF STOCK.
