Sugar Cane Black Tea

Origin: Feng Qing, Yunnan Province

First flush Feng Qing black tea is wilted and fried briefly with unprocessed Muscovado style red sugar and a little water. The result is a rich tea with a unique delicate sweetness that can be repeatedly infused. A rare artisan tea. Spring 2016 harvest. Drink without milk. Currently out of stock

Aroma & Taste: Malty sweet, honey and fruit notes.

Brewing: 1 tsp per 200ml. 95C water - Brew for 2-3 minutes. Repeat infusions.
