Mang Fei 2007 Aged Raw Puerh Cake

Origin: Yunnan

A 100g raw puerh cake from 2007 spring harvest tea hailing from Mang Fei Mountain in Lincang. Floral aroma with rich notes of sugar cane that improves with age. The tea was stored until 2011 when it was pressed into these mini cakes. Each comes wrapped in plain white paper. Great to drink now or store! Can be repeatedly infused - keep brewing times short.

Aroma & Taste: Floral, notes of sugarcane - lingering finish

Brewing: Use 3-4 grams per 200ml. 95C water for 30 seconds. Repeat 6+ times increasing infusion times.
